Health services at YCS are provided to people of all ages, with an emphasis on support for
seniors, pregnant women and young families.  Comprehensive primary care services include
medical attention, care coordination with other health and social service staff, provision of 
helath information and promotion of informed decision-making.

Our health team includes physicians, nurse practitioners and community health workers, as well
as  family support counsellor, chiropodists and support staff.

Clients of the Health Clinic must live within the former City of York in West Central Toronto to receive services.
